Returns policy

No returns can be accepted for exchange or credit unless previously agreed.  Contact us by email and we will provide you with a return authorisation number and instructions for return of the item, all returned merchandise must be accompanied with a copy or original receipt from Safes Galore and return authorisation number.

Returns are not accepted for refund for change of mind. The consumer is responsible for reviewing products weight, dimensions and specifications. We recommend consumers carefully review any orders before adding them to the shopping cart and proceeding with an order.

We do not accept safes back for return.

A restocking charge of a minimum of 15% will be charged on good “not wanted” or “incorrectly ordered”. Please note this is only for smaller items delivered via Australia Post, we do not accept safes back for return.

You must inform us within seven days of receipt of goods for a return reference number to be granted under this category.  All items to be returned must be in original, unopened packaging, undamaged and not used.

No returns will be accepted back for refunds after 7 days from delivery, unless faulty.

All items returned as faulty are liable to manufacturer’s inspection.  We cannot guarantee replacement or credit:  a warranty repair may be given.

No items can be returned if they have been ordered specially, if defective you may only exchange these items for the same product.

You are responsible for all return freight charges.  However, you will be credited all reasonable and customary freight charges relevant to that item only if product is damaged during freight to you, or the wrong item was shipped.

Be certain the items are secure in their packaging so damage does not occur while they are in transit back to us.

If your return arrives with internal damage you will be notified and have the option to file a claim with your shipping agent. 

Refunds

We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.  Please note we will refund reasonable shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Please allow 14 to 21 days for processing of your return.  Refunds will be credited to the original credit card account number only.
